We ship within Australia and to selected international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to process your order at this time.

3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are typically processed within 2 business days.
- Pre-order or custom items may have extended processing times, which are noted on the product page.

6. Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping applies to all supported countries.
- Prices displayed at checkout include standard shipping.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
7. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can track your item every step of the way.
- Tracking usually activates within 24–48 hours; some international routes may take up to 5 business days.
- If your tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, please contact us.
8. Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please provide complete and accurate shipping details (name, street, unit, postal code, phone).
- Address changes must be requested immediately after ordering. Once the order is in processing, changes may not be possible.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipping fees or restocking charges.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
- If items arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for prompt resolution.
