How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Why has my tracking not updated?
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear while your package is in transit between facilities. This is normal and does not affect delivery.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at info@littleshilohsstore.com. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will update the address. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location and carrier. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia and most international destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on your location. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us at info@littleshilohsstore.com before placing your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. You may cancel or request changes within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be modified. If your order has already shipped, you can request a return after delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.
How do I request a return or refund?

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
We will provide return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: we cover return shipping.
For change-of-mind returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval, and your bank may take additional time to post the funds.
